Allah Wont Ask……

Allah won’t ask what kind of car you drove, but will ask how many people you
drove who didn’t have transportation.

Allah won’t ask what your highest salary was, but will ask if you compromised
your character or morals to obtain that salary.

Allah won’t ask the square footage of your house, but will ask how many
people you welcomed into your home.

Allah won’t ask about the fancy clothes you had in your closet, but will ask
how many of those clothes helped the needy.

Allah won’t ask about your social status, but will ask what kind of class you
displayed.

Allah won’t ask how many material possessions you had, but will ask if they
dictated your life.

Allah won’t ask how much overtime you worked, but will ask if you worked
overtime for your family and loved ones.

Allah won’t ask how many promotions you received, but will ask how you
promoted others.
Allah won’t ask what your job title was, but will ask if you performed your
job to the best of your ability.

Allah won’t ask what you did to help yourself, but will ask what you did to
help others.

Allah won’t ask how many friends you had, but will ask how many people to
whom you were a true friend.

Allah won’t ask what you did to protect your rights, but will ask what you
did to protect the rights of others.

Allah won’t ask in what neighborhood you lived, but will ask how you treated
your neighbors.

Allah won’t ask about the color of your skin, but will ask about the content
of your character.

Allah won’t ask how many times your deeds matched your words, but will ask
how many times they didn’t.

Poem on Allah and our needs

I asked Allah for strength
And Allah gave me difficulties to make me strong
I asked Allah for wisdom
And Allah gave me problems to solve
I asked Allah for prosperity
And Allah gave me brains and brawn to work
I asked Allah for courage
And Allah gave me dangers to overcome
I asked Allah for love
And Allah gave me troubled people to help
I asked Allah for favors
And Allah gave me opportunities
I received nothing I wanted
I received everything I needed
My prayers have been answered

Strength

Strength

When problems in life make you seem weak
that’s when you are most likely defeated.
But once you realize, there is a strength
in you that can not be weakened, that’s when
you see clearly and your path in life is
deepened. Don’t let any one or any thing
choose your destiny, just trust in who you
are and proceed accordingly. You are
strongest in your darkest hour, so hang
tough and believe in your power. Power to
control your own destiny and not settle for
anything less than what you want your
life to be. Yes, this strength lies deep
inside us all. So, when you’re about to
fall, take a step back, reflect on who
you are and answer the call.

Harmony

Harmony

If I had a wish, it would be this
that all Allah’s people would be just like him,
able to cope, trust and just get along.
And not wonder if someone’s doing them wrong.
If we just put our trust in Him,
then we could surely enter in, and enjoy what life
has to offer. Instead of trying to hate on your
sister or brother. Yes, life would be so sweet,
if we just stop trying to compete, for what’s already been
promised. Life everlasting and peace of mind.
So, get it together and claim your prize,
for I truly want to get what’s mine.

To Be A Friend

Be a friend ,

Be a friend to the poor ,

To the lonely ,to the sick
Bake a cake ,

Make a call ,

Spend a day have a ball
Finding out what makes other people tick
Don’t suppose when someone’s old they don’t need a hand to hold because from one to one hundred we depend.
On some love we can share ,

On just knowing someone’s there
So be a friend be a friend , be a friend
So be a friend be a friend , be a friend lend a hand as you’re traveling life’s road
Don’t sit home on a shelf , give your time , give yourself find a way to ease someone else’s load.
Pat a back , lend an ear, share a smile ,

Wipe a tear be a dear,

You’ll spread joy with each hand that you extend and you will find when you do twice as much comes back to you .
So be a friend be a friend , be a friend
So be a friend be a friend , be a friend
There’s a world out there waiting for your touch.
And though you may be small ,

If you’ll give it your all ,the good you do can add up to very much.
While you’re strong and can give that’s the right way to live for the love that you share you only lend
When it’s all said and done someday you will need a friend
So be a friend be a friend , be a friend,….

Be a friend!

Don’t let them!!!

Don’t let them!!!

Don’t let them tear you down just because you are brown,
Don’t let them make you cry or make you want to die, Don’t
you dare hold your head down for that they would see they
had brung you down. Keep your head up child.

Don’t let them
be the reason why you go home and cut yourself. For that I
would say,get out make it your day and love yourself!

The Women I Admire

The Women I Admire

The Woman I admire
wearing her attire
hiding her figure,
thus, curbing my desire..

The Woman I desire
fearing the (hell) Fire
is diligent in her prayers
for the rewards of life hereafter…

The Woman I encounter
is beyond bother
with the keen race
to beautify the face!

The Woman I ask
from dawn to dusk
is busy with ALLAH
murmuring, subhan’allah, subhan’allah, subhana’allah

The Woman I observe
certainly deserves
better respect
than what she expects

The Woman I listen

The Women I Admire

The Woman I admire
wearing her attire
hiding her figure,
thus, curbing my desire..

The Woman I desire
fearing the (hell) Fire
is diligent in her prayers
for the rewards of life hereafter…

The Woman I encounter
is beyond bother
with the keen race
to beautify the face!

The Woman I ask
from dawn to dusk
is busy with ALLAH
murmuring, subhan’allah, subhan’allah, subhana’allah

The Woman I observe
certainly deserves
better respect
than what she expects

The Woman I listen for it is better I warned
before all is gone…

Trust in Him

Trust in Him

Sometimes in life we want what’s best
but we often forget, life is just a test
The life you live it’s really not your own
it is loaned to you from Allah up above
So when life’s stresses try to creep in
just look to heaven and call on him
He’ll show you the road to take
so believe me when I say it is no mistake
For he knows all about what you are going through,
just trust him and do what he leads you to do.

Alone and Suffering

You see her standing there

The blank sonic look  on her face

You ask her what is wrong

She replies I’m fine

When in reality she is in pain

She hides the pain and hurt no one sees it

She cries herself  to sleep

In the morning she struggles her day

She has given up on ever finding a  friend

She silently prays that the pain will end

She has battled this demon that people call loneliness and depression she don’t know when

No one understands and care how she feels

She silently Prays that Allah will grant her relief

She feels isolated from the muslim community never really fitting in anywhere

Mostly she stays to herself , best thing you could do to help her is reach out offer to have tea or just talk loneliness hurts more than you know

Please do not judge her she is trying her best to survive  taking it one day at a time

Kindness and caring go along way so does saying as salam alikum sister how are you doing and actually listening because under the softly spoken I’m fine there is a catch and pause in her voice and the look in her eyes cries I’m not ok please hug me and let me know I’m not alone!

But most of the time it is ignored and she just suffers in silence alone as always
