Today I decided to share my childhood hot chocolate recipe
We usually made it with evaporated milk
Childhood hot chocolate
3 tablespoons of Cocoa powder,
7 tablespoons of sugar
1 quart whole milk or 1 can evaporated milk mixed to one quart
Combine sugar and cocoa powder together with wisk add milk and continue to wisk over low heat until it reaches a simmer remove from heat,
Pour into mugs makes 6 to 8 servings.
Can add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon to cocoa and sugar mixture for more flavor.
Mini halal mashmellows can be added to cups before adding chocolate milk
Whip cream can also be used if its available
