Memory

Memory

I’ve had you, Kymbo, on my mind.
Your sadness veiled beneath your smile.
Your loss so very great, having lost your soul mate…
Unto our silent eternal embrace.
But…as a guitar that sings,
For a song that’s sung,
Life & death are altogether in one.
So gather up your tears on a thread of your memory;
And then sing a song from the depths of your heart.
It’s shattered fragments will flow in harmony,
And you and your loved one will never be apart.
