Honey soy garlic stir fry with prawns and Soba buckwheat noodles

Salaam lovelies and welcome back!

I hope you are doing well inshallah. I apologise for not posting for a while and hope you enjoy this recipe .

We are actually having this for dinner tonight,I had a taste test and it is delicious and did I mention healthy?.

This is simple and easy I promise and something I was craving all week.


Ingredients

500g raw and peeled prawns

1/4 cup of salt reduced salt soy sauce

2 tablespoons of honey

2 teaspoons of extra virgin coconut oil

2 garlic cloves

4cm of fresh ginger strips

1 cup of yellow and red capsicum

1 sliced onion

1 cup of chopped brocolli

2 pack of soba noodles ( I got mine at Coles )

Method

1. In a small bowl combine soy sauce,honey,garlic and ginger. In another bowl Soak the soba noodles and broccoli in hot water for 5 minutes and strain.
