Moroccan bread

2 cups semolina flour

2 cups white flour

2 tablespoons yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1.5 cups water

Semolina flour as needed

Mix all together kneed till smooth using semolina to keep from sticking

Let rise then shape into balls and flatten let get puffy then bake in oven or on stove in pan 

Bake at 350 , if using pan use low heat and flip when browned
