And if there is fatigue, a little spring fever and some distress?!
- Make wuduh (the ritual washing)
- Take a nap
- Read Qur’an
- Go into nature and pick some flowers
- Pray and make dua’
- Eat some chocolate
- Be gentle with yourself
- Take some vitamins, nettle, yarrow and other herbs
- Walk barefoot in the grass
- Talk to your partner or a friend, ask for help and a hug.
