And if the well-intended weekend doesn’t turn out that well ?!

And if there is fatigue, a little spring fever and some distress?!

  1. Make wuduh (the ritual washing)
  2. Take a nap
  3. Read Qur’an
  4. Go into nature and pick some flowers
  5. Pray and make dua’
  6. Eat some chocolate
  7. Be gentle with yourself
  8. Take some vitamins, nettle, yarrow and other herbs
  9. Walk barefoot in the grass
  10. Talk to your partner or a friend, ask for help and a hug.
